Notes on governance, ahead of formal disclosures

FortisPrime is building toward formal governance disclosures. Until those structures are approved, we operate against a set of internal principles that guide how the group makes decisions and communicates them.

Principles

1. Clarity over volume. We publish what is accurate, durable, and approved.
2. Patient capital. Decisions are made on a multi-year horizon.
3. Subsidiary independence. Each operating business retains its own brand, team, and decision rights on its market.
4. No over-claim. We do not publish valuations, projections, ticker information, or promises we cannot defend.

These principles are the floor, not the ceiling. As the governance structure is formalized, this page will be replaced with a proper disclosure.
